Or working out in a gym in the house, and having a quick swim in the backyard. Stroll through Carlingwood Mall for all your essentials or shopping at Loblaws and the local library within 15 min walk. Or hop on to a bus at Lincoln fields, a five min walk from the house, to head to downtown and be there in 25 mins. Or head to Algonquin College on a bike, 3 km away from this house. Or walk/hop on transit that is minutes away. Additional details: - furnished bedroom with queen bed for a student - free wifi - access to private gym in the house - access to private pool - cleanings included - access to laundry - shared bathroom with shower - We welcome students of all ages. Minors do require a guardian. - small student kitchen for your use only - 1+ months stay is available, flexible on duration. Short duration is ok too! - Available September or October 2019 Monthly fee: $900 for queen bed. First and last months rent required. Credit check required.
