You will be considered a roommate and are expected to participate in 1/2 of the household duties, like taking the garbage/recycling out, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. You are also responsible for buying and cooking your own food. You can come and go as you please. Must like cats as we have one and yes he may go into your room at times. He is very friendly. No shoes in the upper part of the house.
