We have a private room in High-Rise luxury condominium penthouse unit and it is 100 meters away from Sheppard West Subway station. Bus stop is in front of the building. The room will be available on April 6, 2025. Furnished room with a desk, double bed, nightstand, closet,1 gig high speed internet, small fridge. Wi-Fi connection, laundry facility in the unit (once a week), heating for winter & air conditioning for summer days, personal bathroom. You will be responsible to clean your private bathroom and private room. There is a gym in the building at no cost. No Meals. There is a Meal Plan available Breakfast and dinner included at extra cost. No smoking. The famous Yorkdale Shopping Centre near by. We love to watch family movies on the weekends. No visitors. No overnight guests.
