About Gloria's family
Hosting in Scarborough since 2019I am a registered nurse and my husband is a registered respiratory therapist. we both work in the hospital, health care providers. We have a bright upper floor room of a family house currently available for a homestay student( single occupancy) Our home is conveniently located close to all amenities. Victoria Park subway station, library, and multiple community Centers. Monarch Park Collegiate, Neil McNeil, Malvern Collegiate and Norte Dame are just a few of the high school that are very close to my house. And George Brown College, Reyson University , UofT university are all commute with in 50 minuets by public transportation. We are offering finished room with a desk, double bed, closet, bookshelf, pillow, duvet and bedsheets all provided. Wi-Fi connection, laundry facility in the house. Central heating and air conditioning. Private Swimming Pool in the back yard. Student need to clean their private room regularly and maintain the common area. Provide 3 healthy balance meal per day. we cook fresh Lunch, and Dinner every day in the morning for student. never eat leftovers. offer to do Laundry for student once a week. $1400 per month. No Smoking, no pets please. First and last payment are required.
