We are Canadians and living in Canada since 1997. We like to host students from all over the world to help them to adapt the new life in Canada. I work in customer service and live with my husband who is self employed & a maintenance technician . We live at the home. We wish to use our home and help overseas students with a safe, secured and comfortable stay with reasonable rental rates. I like cooking & gardening & my hubby likes home automation & home improvement projects. We are allocated just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and are close to several top colleges and schools including Lambton college Sheridan College, Hazel McCallion Senior Public, David Leeder Middle School, St. Marcellinis Secondary, Mississauga Secondary, Sainte-Famille Secondary and St. Jude’s Academy. We hope to find the right student for us. Meals and other terms can be negotiated. Reach out if you are interested. 2 rooms available on upper level can accommodate 1 bed or 2 beds in a single room Message for cost Student /students also have mini fridge for their own groceries etc Can comfortably accommodate adult students Single student pays 1300 for single room 2 students pay 775 each for single room Cleaning services can be arranged at extra cost if needed Priority is cleanliness If you are untidy please don't bother to apply
