About Letitia's family
Hosting in Dartmouth since 2019I've been hosting students for over 10 years. It's just me and my daughter and possibly another student's because I have four rooms one for me and one for my daughter. I live in a great neighborhood. We all work very well together in the household. The backyard is very private, large deck swimming pool BBQ. Each bedroom is large there's one with a single bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is shared and there's another one downstairs off the kitchen. I live right on a bus route so you can access anywhere in Metro and if you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

House rules
The rules that I have are not many. All that share the bathroom, work together to keep it clean. And there are shared kitchen duties when you make a meal or a snack or anything you clean up after yourself wash your dishes and put them away just leave the kitchen nice and neat as you found it. There's plenty of food so that you can make whatever you like, some nights I will cook other nights we can be very busy and running in all directions so everybody usually finds something that they can do on their own. I have a grocery list that I keep out that you can add items to as you use them so that I know to pick them up. And that's it, there's not too much more just to be considerate of everybody in the house, let me know where you're going to be just so that I can be secure that I know where you're at in case anything happens and other than that we play it by ear as I get to meet you and you get to meet me.
