We are experienced in hosting and have enjoyed the friendships we have created in the past with our students! Our home is a quiet and safe environment free of distractions while you study! We feel that a student becomes a part of the family and we are friendly ,easy going people that try to offer assistance whenever needed to ensure your comfort! Unlike other homestays, our unique Homestay offers you a whole self contained fully furnished studio SUITE ( not just a bedroom) (please see photo bedroom #1 for reference) with private student washroom/ kitchen for great convenience!! (Please note the bedroom, kitchen and living room are all in one suite). Please see photo of the whole suite photo #1 (not the single bedroom photo). This suite is very affordable and convenient for those who prefer a total private exclusive area for themselves. Our family pets include 2 friendly small Shih Tzu lap dogs. Our home is very close to all amenities ( shopping, restaurants, theatres) and a bus stop is located just 1 short block away which connects to all bus routes including KPU and SFU Surrey campus. We look forward to hosting you and welcoming you into our home! 😀 We prefer females only please.
