Our house is located in Woodhaven community, in Oakville, walking distance to Rotherglen School (5 min walk), Holy Trinity Catholic High School (24min walk), Munn’s Public School (22 min walk), White Oaks Secondary School (27 min walk), St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School (33 min walk), Gaétan-Gervais Secondary School ( 33 min walk), Abbey Park High School (8 min car/bus), Forest Trail Public French Immersion School (8 min car), King Christian College (8 min bus/car) and Sheridan College (8 min bus/car). We have available a 3.5 metres x 4 metres (10 by 12 feet) private single upstairs bedroom, furnished with bed, desk, large closet and shared access to a full bathroom that is shared with our daughter. Another full bathroom is available in the basement entertainment room. Nearby there is the grocery stores, Fortinos/Food Basics/Dollarama, Martial Arts, fast food (MacDonald, Tim Hortons, Pizza, etc), various restaurants, dentists/doctors & walk in clinic, hairdressers, pharmacies, nail salons and many bank branches. The Glen Abbey and River Oaks recreational centers are nearby, they have a public library, ice skating arenas, squash courts, swimming pool, Oakville gymnastics and a fitness centre. Our house is next to beautiful trails, 16 Mile creek and the many walking/biking trails. We are also near the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital (9 min car) Meal plan is included, with breakfast, lunch and home cooked diner. We are a family of 3 with a small friendly & quiet dog. Our daughter is 15 (grade 9 at Holy Trinity) We speak English, Polish and Portuguese and my daughter speaks some French from attending French immersion schooling. The student is welcome to use all communal areas such as the kitchen, family room, basement recreational room (with pool and ping pong table), basement bathroom, piano, etc.

Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student We avoid processed foods and mostly cook from scratch. I try to include as many different types of vegetables and proteins (meats and fish) for a balanced diet. Meats & Fish (fish, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood), Pasta, rice and potatoes, salads, vegetables & fruits. Occasionally pizza, lasagna and other prepared food.
