Hosting in Toronto since 2019Hello there! We are Filipino-Canadian. Our home stay is found within a park and it is a town house complex provided with 24/7 security. It is near the Ontario Science Centre and close to downtown Toronto. TTC bus routes 34C, 34A to Eglinton and Kennedy Stations and 100A to Broadview Station stops right at our place, the routes 25 and 925 to Pape and Donmills stations also leads to our place! Shopping Centres, restaurants, and parks are of walking distance including The Dennis R. Timbrell library. In our free time, we enjoy barbecues, karaoke, and cooking or baking. As our guest, You are most welcome to enjoy our family funfairs! You will have access to unlimited internet, a washer and a dryer. We have an indoor swimming pool within the complex. If you are fitness conscious, the neighborhood basketball and tennis courts, the skating arena, and the athletic oval are right here for your needs!

House rules
Our house rules: (1)Smoking or the use of any recreational drugs including cannabis is NOT allowed inside the house. (2)You have to do your own laundry, maximum 2 times in a week. (3)You will be provided keys for the house and the complex, if you lose you shall pay replacement costs. (4)Sleepovers are not allowed. (5) if with a meal plan, Host MUST be informed if you come home late or skipping dinner, missed meals are not replaced. Meals are served in the following schedule: Breakfast 5-8am; Lunch is packed on weekdays, 12nn-1:30 on weekends; Dinner 6:45-7:30. (6)Rooms are cleaned every Wednesday as may the beddings, however you are responsible to maintain cleanliness and up-keep of your own room. (7)You provide your own toiletries and towels. The bathroom is shared so you have to clean as you go. (8)Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the house, provide your own indoor slip-on. (9)Clean up after yourself; you mess-you clean, as for your dishes you can either wash by hand or put them in the dishwasher every after meals. (10)Practice recycling, waste must be segregated accordingly, please ask the host how. (11) Silence must be maintained most especially when you are coming home after 10pm. (12) Host must be informed at least 2 weeks prior to checkout or extension. Check-out time is 11AM.
