House rules will be included in the contract after booking
Laundry once a week, no guests stay overnight, no drugs, no smoking, and no shower after 11 pm. The student's room is not allowed to put anything on the wall, like tape, sticker hooks, and thumbtacks. Each week the individual student is responsible to do some chores in order to maintain the area clean and comfortable.
