Hello. I am a single woman who lives in a modern, bright, clean home. I enjoy gardening, playing soccer, practicing yoga, going to the gym and entertaining. My home is located in a quiet neighbourhood so noise/traffic would not be an issue. I am 3 blocks away from the skytrain station & bus service. Brentwood mall, a shopping plaza and parks are also nearby.

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
1. Most important thing for me is being clean & tidy. You must clean up after yourself daily & keep your room clean.
2. No guests/over night guests without permission.
3. Laundry available once per week preferably on a weeknight. Laundry to be hung to dry.
4. Dinner & showers to be had by 10pm.
5. Student(s) responsible to clean bathroom, or take turns if there are 2 (supplies will be provided).
6. No food to be kept or eaten in your room.
7. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside the home.
8. No loud noise after 10pm.

I work from home Mon-Fri days so the ideal homestay will be at school/work during the same timeframe.
