We treat students as part of our family member. We want them to feel comfortable. They are free to ask questions and suggestions and from there, we consider what is the best for student and for us as a homestay. My kids easily get along with most of our students. They support whenever they need help particularly in school and some other matter.

We do not allow smoker in the house. No friends sleeping over. If some friends wants to visit, need to notify us in advance. Students always have to maintain, clean, and organize any areas they use such as the washroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room.
