All plates,cutlery,pots,pans, sheets & towels included. I am a single, quiet, respectful woman. I enjoy all cultures. I am available for inquiries and also respect my quest's privacy. Very close to Concordia University,It is all brand new and very tastefully decorated and clean. My house is locate in NDG, near Monkland Avenue. 51 bus and 102,103 buses. Closest Metro Villa Maria. My home is on a quiet, tree lined residential street. Located in West Central Montréal in a beautiful and safe area called Notre Dame De Grace. It’s a primarily English speaking district. Walking distance to Concordia University, Loyola Campus. Close to downtown and public transit. One bus ride from McGill, One bus ride from University de Montréal, one bus ride from Concordia. You can also take the ‘Metro’(underground) it very is close by. Shops, cafe's, bakeries, ethnic local grocery stores ...a great area!
