About Nat's family
Hosting in Vancouver since 2018Hi, my name is Nat and I live with my son Brady in our five-bedroom, two bath home in Vancouver. We have two cats and a small dog who are very friendly and love people ( pictures are in the profile). We live a short walk(less than two minutes) from a bus to the SkyTrain and direct bus to UBC. Our home is near downtown Vancouver and close to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants and fitness facilities. We are also close to Richmond and Burnaby for any students attending school in those areas. There are three student rooms that we offer. All three rooms are on the main level, with a double bed, bedside table, desk, desk light, chair, dresser, closet and all your bedding. All three students share a bathroom on the main floor. I work full time from home and my son is in school at Simon Fraser University. We have been a homestay family for many years and look forward to welcoming you to our home and our family.

***There are no kitchen facilities so if you choose the no meal option then you will have to eat all meals outside of the house ***
1. Most important thing for us is being clean and tidy - You must clean up after yourself daily and keep your room clean. You are responsible for cleaning your own room each week - we have materials available for you.
2. Students take turns cleaning their bathroom each week.
3. Students may do their laundry once per week.
4. No shoes inside the house - you may wear house slippers/sandals.
5. No eating inside your room - no hot plates or microwaves in rooms.
6. No overnight guests, but you are welcome to have friends over to visit (please ask us first).
7. Message if you will not be eating dinner at home
8. Message if you will be home later than 11pm.
9. No loud noise after 11pm
