Hi there, My name is Hebah, we currently live in a great and safe environment near Sullivan Heights. We are a family of four and have a very spacious bedroom available for a student. This bedroom already includes a twin sized bed, a desk, and a closet. The room is in our basement shared with my son, the basement includes a full washroom, half kitchen with a fridge, and access to laundry upstairs. My mother is willing to provide a meal a day if needed or student is welcome to access the full kitchen upstairs. Our home is located near bus stops and less than a 15 minute drive to Kwantlen University. We are right across a park with a grass field, basketball field, and playground. I believe we would be a great fit for a student.
