About Lolita's family

We are a Filipino-Canadian couple, a family oriented who loves and enjoy the company of our friends, family and our international students. We are easy going, friendly, fun and most importantly a host who respect our students and treat team as a member of our family as we welcome them into our home. We are a young couple who has been married for 14 years and have an adorable, sweet and loving 5 year old daughter. We have been providing quality home-stay service for nearly 5 years for a mixed nationality students that has given us good ratings for receiving quality care, enjoyable and memorable time in our home. What we offer: While we understand that your focus and priority is your studies and your future plans, we can also help and guide you as a new comer to Canada. We will treat you with respect. your privacy and your schooling needs while we provide you with a comfortable, secure and enjoyable and hopefully another memorable home-stay experience with us. In our home stay, you will be provided with an ideal study space while you have open access to our common and entertainment area: spacious living/dining room, gym-exercise/game room, our movie theater room including our beautiful and cozy (newly renovated) outdoor (front/backyard) where you can join us gather for BBQ or simply relax in our hammock or enjoy a quite/peaceful time around the fire-pit in the backyard lounge area; Our homestay is located in quite and friendly Scarborough community (15-20 minutes east of downtown Toronto). We are conveniently walking distance to: local shopping plaza/malls, public libraries, Gym fitness facilities, Drug (medicine) store, to a wide variety of restaurants, and coffee shops. You can also walk to ( less than 1 minute) to a nearby subway train station and bus shelters. Our home is well organized, clean and very well maintained. Room features • Room # 2 – 12 feet x 12 feet • Room # 1 – 16 feet x 10 feet • Modern designed, very clean, very comfortable, quite and ideal for studying. Has plenty of storage space and fully equipped with information for new comers to Canada. Bathroom • • There is a total of 4 bathroom in the house in which 1 is designated for student use.
