We are a family of 4. We live with our daughter of 26 working and my mother of 82. I have been in Canada for over 33 years and my husband has been in Canada for almost 40 years.     House rules will be included in the contract after booking
    - No alcohol, drugs, cannabis, smoking/addiction of any substance allowed in the house and property of the premise
    - I will provide a mini fridge and the renter is responsible to maintain cleanliness of the fridge at all times
    - The renter is responsible to bring garbage, food compost, recyclable waste to garbage, compost and recycle bins every week before Sunday 4 pm.
    - The renter needs to maintain cleanliness of he Ensuite bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, laundry facilities and common area at all times.
    - No guest allowed without consent.
    - Parking and driveway usage. The renter must ensure their vehicle, motor vehicle is well maintained to ensure that there is no fluid leakage and cause any damage to the driveway
