We are an English/Chinese speaking family with rooms available for Douglas College, SFU or nearby schools. The house is 3800 sq ft, 3 levels. The house is split into two sections, one section is for the host family (2 adults + 3 & 4 years old children) and the other side is for students (total 5 students, share 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens). The home stay fee includes your own private room (with door lock), bed (new blanket/pillows), dresser, drawers, desk, lamp, WIFI, shared laundry and shared bathroom. Meals are not provided, but there are 2 full kitchens and arrangements can be make with other students for cooking. We are 10 minute walk (2 minute by bus) to the 22nd Skytrain train that connects directly to Metrotown, Downtown, and New Westminster downtown. Bus stop is just 1 minute away.
