House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
1. Take off shoes at door, use sandals or slippers in house. No shoes in house.
2. Laundry is available to use once a week, usually on Saturday or Sunday-I will show you how to use machines.
3. Videotron service is available but it is not unlimited usage so please keep that in mind. You should be able to download a movie per day no problem.
4. No eating or keeping food in bedrooms. . Please promptly do your own dishes, keeping in mind that others will be using the kitchen as well. Help out around the house if you see the dishwasher needs to be unloaded-please do so.
5. Microwave-do not put any metal in the microwave-it is very dangerous!!! Please use the cover or else wipe it out if something spills over.
6. No overnite guests unless authorized by me
7. Your shelf will have your name on it. Feel free to use spices and salt!
8. Everyone has their own room, please respect everyone’s privacy and do not go in anyone else’s bedroom. You can socialize in common rooms-kitchen, basement or front salon.
9. House and room keys-you will receive one of each, if lost it will be $50 each to replace.
10. Change your towels once a week and your bedsheets every two weeks. There is always a change of sheets in your room.
11. Please vacuum and empty your garbage once a week. Take out the trash, recycling and compost as needed.
