Your private suite awaits. Your own private room with private student-only bathroom. We have had our background checks done, the badge takes time to show here. Friendly and experienced homestay family, we have hosted lots of students. We provide a beautiful new home, and a student only private bathroom which is yours only, large bedroom with walk in closet, privacy. Tasty & wide variety of meals, good lunches including a variety foods (not just sandwiches). We live in a house in the new Burke Mountain,Coquitlam area. On the upstairs, we have one room with windows, to rent to students for Cad $1200/m per room. We will provide 3 nutritious meals (mix of Chinese, European and Western food). The room is clean and comfortable. High speed wifi is also offered. Our house is situated in an excellent location: 1)Walking distance to Shopping Centre (Shoppers Drug Mart, Sushi, Dentist, medical clinic, TD Bank etc) 2).Coquitlam center shopping mall-- is 8 minutes by bus ( include walking to bus stop ) 3).Douglas College Coquitlam campus—is 8 minutes by bus ( include walking to bus stop ) 4).Pinetree Secondary School---9 minutes by bus ( include walking to bus stop ) 5).Gleneagle Secondary School---15 minutes by bus ( include walking to bus stop ) 6).Dr. Charles Best Secondary School---28 minutes by bus ( include walking to bus stop) 7).Coquitlam college---45 minutes by transit ( include walking to bus stop) 8.)SFU---44 minutes by transit (take bus to sky train, then take 143 SFU bus at Production Way station). Our house is 3 minutes away from bus stop. We enjoy having students staying with us and enjoy hosting them, cooking good food for them and want them to have a wonderful, memorable experience staying at our house.
