Hi I am a single retired lady living on the first floor in my own home. I have a bright spacious home in North Delta with 3 bedrooms. I speak hindi and English fluently. My son lives in the downstairs suite and he has a dog. You must be an animal lover. I like my quiet times and enjoy the company of guests or friends occasionally. I would prefer a female who is clean and enjoys her quiet times as well as some shared company time as well. The washroom will be shared as well as the top floor. I am close to Kwantlen Politechnic University in Surrey and New Westminster and a 45 minute train and bus ride to the city of Vancouver. My place is close to schools in North Delta, Delview, Sands, and Elementry Schools. Shopping, library, Rec center in walking distance. Park with tennis court behind house. Buses to anywhere and connecting to sky train very easily accessible.
