We are located s five minute drive from KPU on the Delta Surrey border. We have a nice fenced in yard with a swimming pool. There is a office that is available for study/work There is a bus stop a block and a half away that takes you to Kwantlen in 15 minutes ; sky train in 15 minute; 22 to Douglas College if you want to go downtown it is 40 minutes
