Hi my name is Eleonor, I'm single. I'm a nurse and live in a 4 bedroom town-house condo. I'm offering one bedroom homestay, I have 3 bedroom upstairs on the third floor, two are currently occupied by two students. My area is just 2 minute walk to bus stop, 24 hr bus service to Don Mills station, Scarborough Town Centre, Kennedy Station. The following schools are of close proximity to my area:
Maple Leaf Collegiate: 2 minute walk, just beside my building.
Canada International College: 2 minute walk, just beside my building.
Stephen Leacock Collegiate: 5 minute drive or approximately 15 minute walk
Centennial College Progress Campus: 10 min drive
Centennial College Morningside Campus: 15 min drive
University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (Military Trail): 15 min drive
Seneca College (Newham Campus): 15 min drive
My area is in the heart of Agincourt Community, walking to distance to Mall, groceries, Public Library, restaurants, Medical office, banks.
I'm a very open minded individual, and I value open communication at all times. I value my tenants privacy, all I ask is for you to treat my home as though it's yours.

The female host is nice very easy to talk to. She said that she works hard during the day, but student can always contact her by phone. The apartment looks old while she made the small student rooms cozy and clean.
