Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Helen and my mother (retired) and I work during the day. I work as an art instructor, and educator and have experience working with youth and children of all ages. We both enjoy cooking and baking together. Our hobbies are gardening, going out for walks in the park, festivals & family outings. We have a beautiful backyard with homegrown gardens and a nice area to sit and relax. Our home is located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. It's close to all amenities; Shopping plaza, Dollarama, Supermarket (No Frills/FreshCo), bank, restaurants, café, bubble Tea house, City Hall, Central library, convenience stores, park etc. The closest Chinese supermarkets (Yuan Ming, T&T, Btrust, Fresh Palace)| We have a spacious living room equipped with a home theater where you can watch DVD, karaoke & Chrome cast on TV. The bedroom is fully furnished - comes with bed, office desk, chair, lamp, closet, mirror and brightly-lit windows. Include Utilities (electricity, gas, water), Wi-Fi Internet & Laundry facilities. If student prefer to do their laundry, we'll instruct them. Near Erindale GO Train Station which can go to Mississauga surrounding cities (downtown Toronto, Oakville, Brampton). 30 minutes from the University of Toronto- Mississauga Campus. Our home is close to the Bus Stop, 2 minute walking distance - the bus goes to the Shopping Mall (Square One Shopping Centre). We will ensure the student is shown bus routes and get familiar with the area. Meals: We will provide the students with breakfast, lunch, and dinner if needed. Mix of Chinese/Vietnamese/Western food. Our family dinner is typically around 7-8 pm. Let us know if you are going out to eat and any food allergies that you have. Please Note: For $850/ month, there will be no meal plans so students will prepare meals themselves. We would be happy to show the students around the area and the rest of the City.
