One-minute away from a bus stop (#116), 5-7 mins bus ride/12-15 mins walk to Metrotown station & Metropolis Mall, 30 mins away to downtown by transit, one bus ride away to UBC, SFU, Langara College. It's a fully furnished loft bedroom with 2 beds. The room is on the 2nd floor. You will have your own bed, working/studying area with a chair, a desk, a desk lamp, drawers, plenty of storages, and a closet. Rent is $1200/month for single occupancy or $1400/month for double occupancy. But Microwave is okay to use anytime. We are expecting a clean, tidy, respectful, and mature roommate whom we can get along with. Not a party house. No alcohol/drinking. No drugs. No smoking.
