I work and live at downtown Toronto. My place is very close to George Brown College,Keystone International School, OCAD, Ryerson University and UofT. I have a spare small room with a private full bathroom for a student. I love to learn different cultures and enjoy to show students Toronto life. I have been hosting international students since 2016 and my last student was with me last 3 school years and she just graduated from UofT.

1. No smoking /drugs/ alcohol.
2. Cleaning the room and bathroom once a week.
3. Rinsing her lunch container and plates, utensils and cups for the dishwasher after meals.
4. No loud music or loud conversation in the room, observe quiet time 11 pm to 8 am;
5. No visitors. No pets.
