If room chosen with meal plan, the price is $1,000.00 includes utilities and plus $550 for 2 meals - total $1,550, but without meal plan, the rent fee is $1,000.00 - plus utilities $150.00 The bedroom is on the ground floor with exit to the backyard. Has a door and private washroom and private entrance. It's available from Sepetmber 1, 2024. Room is furnished. I provide the bedsheets and pillows. The walking distance to closest high school - Bishop Allen Academy High School is just 15-20 minutes walk. Humber College Lakeshore Campus is 11 minutes away from our house. The bus stop is right in front of our house. Closest subways Old Mill and Royal York. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Humber Park/Lakeshore and to Bishop Allen Academy High School. 1 month moving out notice should be given, otherwise deposit is non-refundable.

    House rules will be included in the contract after booking
    No guests after 10 pm. No cooking after 10pm. No smoking. Minimum stay 2 months. Minimum 4 weeks moving out notice is giving in advance otherwise security deposit in nonrefundable.
    $200 cleaning fee in case the room is left in dirty conditions.
