We are a professional working couple with two children. We speak English only in the house hold. Our home is only 6 years old which has 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. There are 2 rooms that are available for homestay students. one with private bathroom upstairs is only offered to students that are under 18 years old or one without in the main floor. Main floor room is the photo shown and will have 2 shared bathroom access. Both units are bright and have access to all the amenities of the house. It also has open concept kitchen, 2 living room areas and 2 dining areas. We have wonderful cat that is indoors, kept very clean and tidy. We eat wholesome organic foods and one of the host member has professional culinary training to provide healthy and tasty foods from all around the world. Central location to universities and public transit systems which includes bus and Skytrain. Beautiful residential area with great views of the mountains. Walk to superstore, walmart, save on foods, canadian tire, boston pizza, Wendy's, white spot, seven eleven, starbucks, grocery chains, coffee shops, walk in clinics... etc Our weekend activities include sight seeing, hiking, golfing, skiing, boating, gardening and shopping. We have a car that can seat 6 persons so we can travel easily together as a group. We will also engage students to learn and cook together. We will add 100 extra per month for minors and private bathroom room upstairs.
