Me and my son (now 10 years old) enjoy sharing our home with students from all over the world for more than 4 years now. I don't see myself as a typical landlord rather a host and I do not consider the people we share our home with my tenants rather my guests on extended stay :) We live in a clean home in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the bus stop near Humber College North campus, hospital, Pearson airport and within a walking distance from the mall.

Please, be mindful and respectful of others in the house, make yourself comfortable and treat our home the same way you would treat your parents' home :)
No smoking inside the house, no pets, no drugs.
Occasional visitors are allowed, but no overnight guests, please.
Turn off the lights in the areas that you don't use and when you're leaving the house. Make sure all appliances are turned off when not in use.
Do your laundry after 7pm on weekdays and any time during the day on weekends and holidays.
Keep the place clean.
Please, keep the front door locked at all times.
