About Tony's family
Hosting in Toronto since 2017Hello and welcome to our home. I have been hosting international students from over 15 countries for the past 8 years. Many students have become friends and am in contact with them. Many wanted to stay longer and have in a few cases as well have returned to our home for another stay. Commenting on the comfort, freedom, safety and support they receive have made our homestay extremely popular. - No smoking inside the house
House rules
We do have some rules which is important for all of us to adhere to in order to maintain harmony within the home. No smoking indoors ever! Please clean up after yourself. Respect others at all times regarding personal space, inappropriate language, behavior. No loud phone conversations. Quiet time from 10pm. Friend stayover permitted with prior notice. Double stays must be informed of in advance and extended stays must be arranged cost wise and scheduling. Internet use not abused with large files, streaming, downloaded and recorded not accepted. Laundry facilities on site and I do not do personal laundry. Bedding can be done if needed only with approved access by you to your space. After hours arrival permitted but must be quiet as possible. Overall my rules deal with courtesy and respect for occupants and the home itself. See you soon. Thanks.
