About Leo's family

Hosting in Richmond Hill since 2017

We are a married couple who have been hosting for three years now. We have catered to college students and ESL students. We try to help out when we can. We enjoy road trips, hiking and movies. Our home is located in a safe upscale neighborhood, close to transit and all amenities. Schools near by Seneca college king campus, Richmondhill high school and St Teresa high school. All within 15 to 20 minutes by bus. Other schools around May take up to 40 minutes with a transfer.

Breakfast	Host prepares breakfast for student We supply on the go breakfasts, yogart with berries and granola, breakfast sandwiches, cereal and hot oat meal, pancakes, fruits or if you would like to prepare yourself or no meals, price may be negotiated.
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student Sandwiches, hot meal leftovers from dinner if desired, salads with snack and drink. Or if no meal, price will be negotiated.
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student Well balanced meal with meat, beef or chicken, veggies or salad, soups, pasta. Or no meal price is negotiable

Lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.

Please treat our home and the people in the house with respect!
Laundry done once a week on weekends or week night between 7pm and 9pm.
No smoking indoors.
Don't invite strangers into the house.
