Breakfast	Host prepares breakfast for student Breakfast during the week is self-serve. The student will have a variety of foods to choose from – bread, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, jam, butter, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Weekend breakfasts may be the same, but can also include Canadian style pancakes, bacon, eggs
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student The lunch meal is generally prepared the night before, using ingredients from the dinner meal, or a prepared sandwich, soup etc.
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student The evening meal (dinner) can be food from a variety of cuisines – Canadian, Asian, Indian, European, South American, etc. We try to mix up our meals to eat a variety of protein sources (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork, Tofu, etc.), fresh vegetables from the market, and an energy-providing carbohydrate – noodles, pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, etc.
