Hello my name is Helena and I live in Richmond Hill with my husband and we are looking for 1 student to occupy one of our bedrooms upstairs. We live in a beautiful home with 2 little girls (9 years old) and 2 little dogs (really cute). I am a teacher and my husband is a real estate agent. We live in a 3000 sq. ft. beautiful home and will provide you with a beautiful bedroom, bath room, high speed internet, TV, meals (love to cook) every day and have access to the whole house. We are minutes from Yonge Street and the bus, and close to shopping. Right now we have 1 professionally redecorated guest bedroom, with bedroom furniture, and closets have new closet organizers. The cost per month covers all major room and board expenses (food, including internet/cable, laundry and utilities etc.) We have a nice laundry room to do your laundry etc. The entire house is supplied by Wi-Fi (high speed internet). Laundry facility and high definition cable TV is available. Beautiful deck leading to the backyard and stone patio. Individual must be friendly, honest, and should not smoke. Must have a good personality, and must be a clean person and independent, social and must clean thier bedroom on a regular basis. Individual(s) need to be able to travel to school independently and wake up on time. Pick-up/drop off from the airport needs to be done independently. Students have various types of cereals to choose from, milk, juice, and fruit during the school week. On the weekends I usually make crapes, french toast, bacon & eggs or pancakes as a treat.

Lunch 		Host provides material, student prepares own lunch
Students can make their own lunch. I provide cold cuts, cheese, tuna etc., for sandwiches and they can also pack leftovers from the night before.

Dinner 		Host prepares dinner for student
I make dinner pretty much every day. I love to cook various dishes, and all the students who have stayed with me love my cooking. I've had students from Beijing, Shanghai, & Winnipeg, and all loved my food. I cook Greek, Italian, Thai, Asian, Indian, and Middle Eastern. I just love to cook period!

House rules
    House rules will be included in the contract after booking
    No internet/phones at the dinner table, students need to be neat and tidy, keep their room and washroom clean. No boy friends/girl friends going to rooms. Friends can come sometimes but need to stay in common areas. No slaming of doors, cannot leave lights on and be mindful of energy usage and no food in the bedrooms, and need to keep common areas clean. Put their dishes away after a meal and clean up after themselves. Laundry to be done on the weekend. They will be given 5 towels and they are to launder them along with their closthes once a week on the week end. Must try and speak and communicate in english with family members (and not by text) and be respectful of the language cultural differences.
