Self-Introduction:
    Self-Introduction:

I'm a female IT and English College Instructor for many years, teaching International students; which has made me very familiar with many different cultures. I speak 5 languages fluently and am familiar with few others. You will feel at home at my place because I'm a very friendly individual and quite helpful to make your living at my place a pleasant experience.

I am not able to offer you cooked food for people come from different parts of the world and just one food for everyone cannot possibly make them happy. However, I will let you use my kitchen to cook for yourself. You will have access to a part of the fridge to store your food. I can also take you grocery shopping once a week at the nearby mall.

My house is one bus to Kwantlen University, CDI College - 10 minutes time - and one bus to the University of British Columbia - 40 minutes time.

Regulations:
    Regulations:

11. You keep the safety and security of yourself, the house, and anyone else living in the house seriously by not leaving any doors or windows open when you’re not present
12. You are super careful in the kitchen with your cooking especially when using the Avon, toaster or stove.

They are made to keep you safe and happy. These rules are mentioned on the contract you will sign with me to stay at my place.
