Self-Introduction:
    Self-Introduction:

I'm a female IT and English College Instructor for many years, teaching International students; which has made me very familiar with many different cultures. I speak 5 languages fluently and am familiar with few others. You will feel at home at my place because I'm a very friendly individual and quite helpful to make your living at my place a pleasant experience.

I am not able to offer you cooked food for people come from different parts of the world and just one food for everyone cannot possibly make them happy. However, I will let you use my kitchen to cook for yourself. You will have access to a part of the fridge to store your food. I can also take you grocery shopping once a week at the nearby mall.

My house is one bus to Kwantlen University, CDI College - 10 minutes time - and one bus to the University of British Columbia - 40 minutes time.

Regulations:
    Regulations:
No smoking inside the house
Because there’re usually a couple of students living at my place at the same time; and they study or need their rest to do exams or feel fresh at school the next day, such as yourself, I kindly ask that you keep quiet from 9pm to 7am.
You need to clean your room and any other places you use right after you finished using it to have it ready for the next person to use it. You buy your own toiletries, such as toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and so on …
And, that you keep courteous and respect other students regardless of their personality or ethnic background.
That if you run into any problems at my place or with somebody who is living there you notify me immediately to help out to resolve the problem in time.
Thank you for your cooperation.
I’ll look forward to hosting you at my place.

She is new to the homestay business, she haven't had her first student yet but she seems really committed and exited about it. She has lots of plans on how to make the best of her house as a homestay. She seems lovely. I would love to live here.
