I have been doing homestay for over 15 years and we enjoy having international students. We are fun loving family and love sharing our culture with our students. Me and my husband work full time and my son is 16 years old and is in Grade 11 and my daughter is 13 years old and is in grade 8. We are a very active family as we love to go for walks, runs, shopping, baking, cooking, watch movies, do crafts and board games. We live in a quite and safe neighbourhood. We live very close to Alpha Secondary school, Burnaby North Secondary, skytrain to Burnaby Mountain Secondary, a bus to Burnaby Central Secondary, Central Secondary and Moscrop Secondary and a bus to SFU and FIC, Douglas college and 40 mins to downtown. I do not accept any students with food restrictions as I cook all meats.

Commute

Meals

Breakfast	Host provides material, student prepares own breakfast Cereal, eggs, toast, fruit, milk, yogurt, jams, muffins and much more. I have a fridge for my students to help themselves and make their own breakfast but not aloud to use the stove.
Lunch	Host provides material, student prepares own lunch Sandwich, leftover dinner, pizza pops, fruit, muffins, snacks and much more. Student is responsible to make their own lunch which I have a fridge downstairs for them to make their lunches.
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student I make dinner every night and I'm the only one that can use the stove.
