A friendly family of four (a couple with minor boys) live in Ambleside West Vancouver. We have two homestay rooms (locates in half-basement, with large windows) available to book. 1 ROOM: Nov 3rd 2025 to June 30 2026 1 ROOM: Feb 1st 2026 to June 30 2026 Note due to we are hosting minor female students already, we only host minor (under 19) females. Breakfast	Host provides material, student prepares own breakfast We provide milk, soy milk, coffee, tea, eggs, bacon/ham, toast/muffins/breads/pancake mixes, cereals, oats, frults and more for our students to prepare their own breakfast.
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student Sandwich, wraps, prepared foods, leftovers from last night.
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student We always provide healthy foods for our students. Dinner usually includes meats/seafoods, eggs, veggies, rice/noodles/beans, soy products and more. We have asian foods often, chinese, korean, japanese and thai foods are the most. But we also have italian foods (pizza, spaghetti or lagsana) often, steaks, hotdogs and Mexican foods.
