We have asian foods often, chinese, korean, japanese and thai foods are the most. But we also have italian foods (pizza, spaghetti or lagsana) often, steaks, hotdogs and Mexican foods.

A friendly family of four (a couple with minor boys) live in Ambleside West Vancouver.
We have two homestay rooms (locates in half-basement, with large windows) available to book.

WE ACCEPT FEMALE MINOR STUDENTS WITH NO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS ONLY

Only accept female students
Only accept students between 14-19 years old
I don't accept smokers
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

MORE RULES YOU'LL NEED TO FOLLOW DURING COVID-19, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH US. KINDLY NOTE THESE ARE REQUESTS, NOT OPTIONS!
Under the Quarantine Act, all students arriving to Canada must quarantine (self-isolate) for 14 days, even if they do not have symptoms. You’re required to wear a mask/face cover in PUBLIC TRANSIT and ANY INDOOR PUBLIC SPACES.
Avoid malls, crowded spaces and sports where the physical distancing is difficult.
If you must go to crowed spaces , WEAR a mask at the WHOLE time and PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING measure.
IYou will be asked to relocated somewhere else immediately if you failed to comply.
