Breakfast	Host provides material, student prepares own breakfast Cereal, eggs, bacon, toasts, milk, juice, sausages, yogurt, fruits, oatmeal. I sometimes prepare breakfast.
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student Sandwiches, rice if preferred, fruits, vegetables, pasta , juice/soda or water, sushi, homemade burgers
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student Rice and meat, fish, pasta, soup, vegetables, generally rice and 2 side dishes but depending on the students preference and food allergies.
