We are looking for one more female student's to share with another female student's attending Centennial College this September 2018. $430.00 per person includes all.

We are a fun and sociable family. It is a spacious home back-split 4 levels. The room is located in the main floor level with bright window with two single beds, closets, drawers. We have an automatic centralized heating/cooling system for both winter/summer months. Our location is pretty much nearby to all colleges/universities (University Of Toronto UTSC, Centennial Colleges both Campuses, progress/morningside. Seneca Newham College, Language Schools) malls, restaurants and is transportation accessible 24 hrs service. Our homestay has a recreation/tv area where they can relax and enjoy each others company as well as a kitchen for student who prepare to cook a meals for themselves. We lived in a clean home environment and try to keep it tidy at all times, cleaning is done in any day of the week. Also sometimes we tour students who are in long term stay to various places whenever homestay host is available.

It's a appropriately maintained house. The host is nice and easy to communicate with. The student room is of decent size. In general, a good place to consider.
