I am an elementary teacher with my 20 year old son living at home. I am in the south end of Guelph close to the university of Guelph and Centennial high school. Public transit is a one minute walk away. Walking distance to banks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Bedroom #1 is 10'x12' located on the second floor. It is bright with a large window and closet. The room has a comfortable double bed, side table, desk and chair. You will share a washroom with one other person($750 month). Bedroom #2 is 10'x20' with a separate entrance from the outside. This room is very private and shares a washroom and easy kitchen access inside the house ($800 month). It is ideal for someone who wants lots of privacy. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities to prepare your meals. Bedroom #3 is a self contained basement apartment 600' with a full bathroom, sitting area, bedroom with desk, and a kitchen. It is a large area ideal for someone who enjoys their own space ($1100 month). We have a lovely enclosed backyard to relax and join in family activities or by yourself. We have a cat and a mini golden doodle puppy ready to welcome you.
