Our home is near Lake Ontario and within walking distance - there are many parks overlooking the lake. Our house is close to Centennial College, Progress campus & Morningside campus, Oxford School of the Arts & Business Technology, University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Max the Mutt College of Animation & Arts Danforth Avenue , Cardinal Newman High School, Laurier Collegiate (walking distance), and other Toronto District School Board high schools including R.H. King and Laurier Collegiate. I teach at Birchmount Collegiate so the student will get a ride to school everyday. Our lower level suite includes extra kitchen, bathroom, laundry and family room with the bedrooms located in this area. Our house is close to the following stores: Metro, Walmart. Valumart (grocery stores) - Library, post office, hairdressing, nails, banks, restaurants.
