Hosting in Scarborough since 2017

Iam retiring soon so my time is not limited looking the well being of my tenants or students underage specially. We are only two lives in this detached 5 bedrooms house. My husband was retired 3 years ago. I am hosting international / local students for four streneous years now . I find it very enjoyable , fun , challenging and exciting. I love doing it makes me feel young again meetings all these young folks.

Breakfast	Host prepares breakfast for student muffins, sausages, bagel, hot dogs, cereals with milk. bread . peanut butter, eggs. pan cakes . milk always on the breakfast menu. It's a self serve breakfast. I do prepare and students will help themselves.
Lunch	Host prepares lunch for student canadians style, chinese style, or asian style, it varies.
Dinner	Host prepares dinner for student Dinner to be determined. Most like similar style on lunch . I serve pizza,pasta,perogies with bacon and salad caesar. spaghetti with garlic bread. My last year students from china dont like canadian salad and they dont like cheeze.

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
No pets allowed, no smoking, no drinking , no loud noise middle of the night. Always turn off the lights if not needed. Make sure look back the area where you before. If my students boys NO NO girls sleeping over please or vice versa. A very strick compliance on this is a MUST. My house is not a Hotel. The living room is set for entertainment for everyone's guest and feel free.
