My name is Jae, and I am born and raised here in Winnipeg Canada. I am fluent in spoken and written English. I understand Tagalog and recently started to learn Deutsch. I've attended schools here from Kindergarten to Grade 12 as well as completing University for a Bachelor in Microbiology. I know the city very well and am willing to help where I can. I currently work at University of Manitoba as an Operations Coordinator at a research facility as well as an Orthopedics Centre as the Biosafety Officer and Microbiologist. I live in the central part of the city, so many schools are within range of my home location. My workplace allows me to take time off for any appointments with no questions asked, thus allowing me to become available when needed. My friends and family would describe me as friendly, accommodating and outgoing, yet very disciplined and routine in nature.

I can help with picking up and dropping off at the airport when you begin and end your school term. If needed, I can help set up with a cell phone and phone plan. If needed, I can show you how and where to purchase bus tickets for public transit. If needed, I may be able to help with other information and ID. If needed to live in my own home, I am also currently registered on Homadorma as a host, and we can also discuss that if required.

My rate as a custodian is set at $200 per calendar month and will include all the services listed by Homadorma. In addition, this also includes my personal services such as picking up/dropping off at the air port, assisting where and how to purchase bus tickets, inquiries on anything that I am able to help with and other reasonable requests. I do own and drive a vehicle, so anything that requires me to be somewhere, I should be able to pick up and drop off. If you need more things done on a regular basis outside what Homadroma outlines, we can absolutely negotiate something.
