I'm happy to become your legal custodian in Canada. I live in Vancouver. Students who attend schools in greater Vancouver area can contact me for custodian services. I'm a moving truck driver with my own company. I'm familiar with local schools since I grew up here. I'm a natural tour guide and love to show people around the city when I'm not working.
The apartment is a one bedroom plus den. The den bedroom is available, it has ocean and mountain views, it's own washer and dryer, etc
The kitchen, living room, outside balcony and bathroom are shared with me.
I have two pet ferrets, Simon and Penny. Both super friendly. The public bus 3 blocks away and connects to downtown Vancouver and the skytrain metro system.
