I am an established homestay host for 12 years, and I have hosted more than 50 students from 12 countries and 14 areas ^.^ I prepare delicious, nutritional and balanced meals for my homestays, so they can focus on their study/work. In the past, we often have had great conversations over the dinner table, with a lot of joyful laugh. My longest homestay student lived at my place for over 3 years! A few of them came back and visited me after they left my place or even left the country for many years. My rule of thumb: I treat my homestay students as if they were my own children. The 3-floored townhouse has 5 bedrooms and is in convenient LOCATION with bus stops and 15 minutes walking to SkyTrain Canada Line which leads to the downtown Vancouver. It is close to the center of Richmond, close to No. 3 Road where many shops and restaurants are available, all within walking distance. KPU Richmond campus is also within walking distance! It only takes 20min to bike to BCIT - Aerospace Technology campus! You may combine bike and bus together in the commute that will use even less time! There are 3 rooms for homestay in the house, two are on the 3rd floor (approximately 115 and 120 sq ft), and a larger bedroom ( approximately 190 sq ft) on the first floor. Most of the time continental style.I offer cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam, and fruits. I cook something special for breakfast when i have time.

Sandwich or packed leftover from the dinner intentionally cooked more for lunchbox of next day.

晚餐 		寄宿家庭做晚餐
Main meal of the day. Balanced food that normally include 3 parts. The part that is rich in protein such as beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimps, etc., and the part that contains vegetables of all kinds, and the part that contains carbohydrates such as bread, rice, noodles pasta or spaghetti. Example 1: roasted pork, stir fried tofu, stir fried green vegetables, and some soup or porridge. Example 2: lasagna, seaweed soup. Example 3: Steamed meat bums, salad, and porridge.
