The newly renovated (2022) spacious downstairs bedroom is completely above ground and overlooks the backyard pool and ravine. The space is fully furnished with a hide-away double bed (Murphy bed style), and student desk. The student will have a separate entrance through the backyard, a private bathroom and access to a small home gym with exercise bike. Location: Our North York home is conveniently located to commute to several North York schools and approximately 40 minutes to downtown via TTC.
