Hi there, I have a beautiful room for rent for homestay student or share with two students. We are a family with 2 young kids and a dog. We live in a safe neighborhood /Townhouse complex. It is furnished with bed/bed linens, desk/lamp/chair, closet, shelving, and tv. This includes WIFI and 3 meals. Things that are shared: -Washroom -Shower -Laundry (Detergent included) Room is available for September. Can come last week of August if needed. Schools by public transit: -SFU Burnaby Campus 36 min. -FIC 1 hr. -Douglas College Coquitlam campus 30 min. -Port Moody Secondary 13 min. -Ecole Banting 21 min. -Ecole Charles Best 45 min. -Cenntenial Secondary 36 min. -Heritage Woods Secondary 35 min. Rent is $1570 for one student. The room shared with two students is $2640 No guests. I don't want strangers in the house because I want to keep safe environment for my kids. With the exception of parents visiting from out of town. No showers after 8pm. Because shower is on the same floor as kids rooms and it disrupts bed time routine. 翻译
