Hello my name is Annie, I am a stay at home single mom. I have an 13 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. We live in a 2000 square feet home, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washroom is shared, and toilet paper will be included. Dish washer soaps and hand soap is also included. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Students are welcome to use living room, dining room, and kitchen at any time. Kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, dining ware are all included. Laundry is 1x a week, laundry detergent will be included. We offer our home as a safe and friendly environment to international students. Staying aboard can be worrisome and stressful, we will try to make your stay with us as easy and comfortable as possible. Meals are not included. Our home is in Vancouver, and is 2 minute walk to the expo sky train station, it is quite central and easy to get places. We are 15 minute to Downtown and 15 minute to Metrotown by skytrain.
