2022年成为住我家网 Surrey 房东I am a Christian and a peace-loving woman; very friendly and a Teacher by profession. I am clean and it is important to me that people I live with, clean up after themselves. I love to stay home when I’m not working. My 29-year old daughter got married in October 2023. She visits sometimes with her husband but no sleep over. They're happily settled in their own home. My 31-year old son still lives at home. He is an Automative Engineer. He's quiet, easy going and very respectful. We treat one another with respect in this family. We try to be home by 11pm so we don't disturb others who are already sleeping and have to wake up early to go to work. There's a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in our house: 2 bedrooms are occupied by family members and the other 2 are occupied by tenants. The 2 tenants, who are on the 3rd floor, share one full bathroom. There's a half bathroom on the 2nd floor, which is accessible to all occupants in the house. One or two friends are allowed to visit but ABSOLUTELY NO sleep-overs. Every room has its own heat control which is very effective; so please abstain from using a space heater. I prefer someone who does not stay out late. Quiet time starts at 11pm and I prefer everyone to be home by this time. No phone calls past 11pm. One or two friends are allowed to visit but please, no sleepovers. Also, ABSOLUTELY NO PET in the house. One occupant has allergies that can lead to anaphylaxis reactions. 翻译
