2020年成为住我家网 Surrey 房东My house is very convenient and near to amenities like superstore, Han nam supermarket, TNT supermarket, Walmart, Costco , willowbrook shopping centre. My driveway can easily park3 to 4 cars. So if you do drive to school, parking is no issue. There are security cameras around perimeter of the house. I have a total of 5 rooms in my house where only 2 of us are living here. My kids are already grown up and they are working away from home,one working in Asia and the other 2 working in Kelowna. My husband & I use to do homestay with MLI homestay and I used to work as volunteer for autism and learning disabilities children in Hong Kong International school . There are bed, table,chair, table lamp ,book shelf and a Google mini provided in the room. You can watch Tv with us in the living room or if we are not watching,you can watch Tv in the living room. We are very clean and expect kids to follow house rule strictly . Absolutely no smoking,no marijuana,no vaping, no partying , no visitors etc 翻译

房屋守则
We would like our guests to follow these rules to ensure we live in a safe, clean, and peaceful environment with respect to others privacy and property.
They are as follows:
1). Always lock the door upon entry or upon exiting the house
2) . Leave shoes at spaces indicated at the entrance hallway.
3). No other guests ( i.e. sleep over visitors) are allowed except those named as registered guests.
4). No partying and loud music.
5). No food or beverages in the bedrooms. Please do not eat or drink any carbonated or sugary drinks in the room. kindly clean up if spill any water as the house are made from wood
6) Free laundry only allow once a week. Do not overload the machine. Always remove the lint from the dryer every time you have dry the clothes to avoid fire hazard. There is a charge of Cad $10 per wash & dry load( max 7 kg) if you wash more than once a week
7.) Respect quiet time after 10.00 pm. Keep noise levels low.
8). Strictly NO pets in the house
9.). All garbage / recycling in the room to be place in the external bin. Please remove and place all the garbage in the black garbage bags in the Black external garbage bin, and all the recyclable items in the Blue external recycling bin located at the side of the house.
10). Strictly No smoking , no marijuana / weed, no drugs, no vaping,no weapon or gun
11). Please respect our neighbors privacy in regards to noise and music
